The program

Framegolf Texts are the text messages Framegolf sends about your bookings, tours and visits and, only if you ask for them, our offers. Framegolf is an indoor golf simulator club at 3375B Robertson Pl, Los Angeles, CA 90034. Every text names Framegolf and comes from a member of our team.

What we text

• Visit texts. When you book a bay, we text a booking confirmation, your door code and booking reminders to the mobile number on your Framegolf account. If you agree to texts about your tour, we text your tour time and ask you to reply YES to confirm, then send reminders and any changes. We also reply to texts you send us.
• The 50% off website offer. Submitting “Email & text my offer” requests that offer and one reminder by email and automated text before its original 48-hour deadline. Up to 2 texts, with no later promotions or messages after the deadline. The request never resets the window; clicking an ad or visiting the page requests no messages.
• General offer texts. Only if you tick the optional box on a Framegolf website form or on one of our Facebook or Instagram lead forms: the offer or tour you asked for (such as 50% off your first booking for 3 or 4 players, or a free tour and first hour), a reminder before that offer ends, a request to review us on Google after a visit, and occasional club offers, events and league openings.

How often

Msg frequency varies. Visit texts depend on your bookings and tours. The 50% off website request is limited to its offer and one reminder, up to 2 texts before the deadline. General offer texts are capped at 8 a month. Texts may be sent using automated technology.

Cost

Msg & data rates may apply.Your mobile plan's messaging and data rates apply to texts you send and receive. Framegolf does not charge for texts.

Reply HELP or INFO to any Framegolf text for help. You can also email hello@framegolf.com or call (213) 319-4653.

Stopping texts

You can reply STOP at any time. Reply STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT, REVOKE or OPT OUT to any Framegolf text. We send one text to confirm, and no more texts from that number after it. You can also ask us to stop in any other reasonable way, such as emailing hello@framegolf.com or telling us at the club.

Every Framegolf text comes from one Framegolf number. A STOP to it, or a request to stop made any other way, stops all Framegolf texts within 10 business days. If you stop texts, we still email your door code and booking details, and your door code stays on your booking page.

Rejoining

Reply START or UNSTOP to the number you stopped, or tick the text box again on a Framegolf form. Replying START only restarts texts for a number that asked us to stop.

Consent

Agreeing to texts is never a condition of buying anything from Framegolf. The 50% off website offer uses its own submit action and adjacent disclosure. General promotional and tour text boxes start unticked, and those forms work without them. How you sign up for texts shows each form and its exact wording.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

We do not share text messaging opt-in data or consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Our Privacy Policy explains what we keep for texting and who sends our texts.

Changes

If these terms change, we will update this page and its effective date.
