Peak hours are Mon-Fri 4-9pm and Sat-Sun 8am-9pm. Planned hours: 6am-midnight daily. Off-peak: weekdays 6am-4pm and 9pm-midnight; weekends 6-8am and 9pm-midnight. All-Access members can use a continuous three-hour off-peak session on weekend evenings, subject to availability.

Client visits and guest access
We agree guest privileges, bay capacity, and any premium-bay access before purchase. Every participant must complete the required registration and waiver.
Pricing and account support
After approval, you receive a confirmed price and benefit summary, then arrange secure online payment with our team. We remain your contact for billing, roster changes, and account questions.

Founding member access to soft-launch previews is planned for mid September 2026, by appointment only. The grand opening and public booking are planned for early October 2026, with the exact opening date to be confirmed.
Corporate access and any preview appointments must be confirmed directly with our team. Existing corporate customers keep their purchased account terms; contact us for help with your account.
