Who we are and what we offer

Framegolf is a member-focused indoor golf simulator club being built in Culver City, Los Angeles. The club is not open yet. Founding member access to soft-launch previews is planned for mid September 2026, by appointment only. The grand opening and public booking are planned for early October 2026, with the exact opening date to be confirmed. Those dates are planned targets, not guarantees, and they can move. The current, authoritative launch status is always what this site displays, and we will communicate schedule changes to members and waitlist signups by email.

The site currently offers a free waitlist and a limited number of individual founding memberships. Corporate arrangements are available by inquiry and individual approval.

Founding memberships

An individual Founder's Pass costs $750 as a one-time payment. It reserves one of the limited founding slots, covers your first three months of Club membership after your individual activation, and locks your monthly rate at $250/mo on the Club plan for as long as you remain a continuous member. New corporate arrangements are discussed and approved individually; existing corporate purchasers retain their accepted seat and roster terms.

Plan inclusions such as session lengths, peak hours, guest benefits, and reservation windows are described on the pricing and founder pages. Those pages are the current statement of what each plan includes. Memberships are personal to the named member or, for corporate seats, to the named roster, and may not be resold or transferred without our written agreement.

The Founder offer is limited to 30 Passes across individual and corporate allocations. Sales close when all 30 are claimed or by early December 2026, whichever comes first. Public opening does not itself close the Founder offer.

Your prepaid three months begin when your individual membership is activated after opening and onboarding. Appointment-only previews do not start that period.

Your activation date, prepaid end date, and next renewal amount and date will be communicated before recurring billing begins. The initial one-time payment does not by itself authorize recurring charges; monthly renewal requires the applicable recurring-payment consent. Existing purchasers retain stronger rights in their accepted offer.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe on Stripe's hosted checkout page. Your card details go directly to Stripe and never touch our servers. The Founder's Pass is charged once, at checkout. Monthly membership billing begins only after your three prepaid service months end and the required recurring-payment consent is in place.

If a checkout fails, is charged twice, or otherwise does not match what you intended to buy, email hello@framegolf.com and we will investigate and make it right. The refund terms below do not limit any rights you have under applicable law or stronger rights in an existing accepted offer.

Founder refunds and renewal

You may request a full Founder refund before the earlier of your first paid-period use or seven days after your individual service activation. A preview tour does not count as paid-period use. A delay exceeding 30 days after the opening date represented in your purchased offer also allows a full refund request. If your offer gave only an approximate date, contact hello@framegolf.com so we can review that representation.

After that refund window, the three-month prepaid term is generally nonrefundable, subject to applicable rights and operator-caused issues. Cancelling renewal stops future charges; it does not remove access to the remaining prepaid term. Cancel before your next renewal using the cancellation route provided with your membership, or contact hello@framegolf.com for help.

Practice reservations and accompanying guests

When public booking opens, public bay time is $60 per hour, per bay for one golfer, with reservations available within 72 hours, subject to released availability. Maximum group size is 4 players per bay. Additional-player charges for public and Twilight bookings are still being finalized and will be published before booking opens.

Club, All-Access, and Founder members may bring up to 3 accompanying guests per booking at no guest charge. The booking holder must attend, and every player must register and complete the required waiver before playing.

Practice cancellations and no-shows

Cancel at least 12 hours before the reservation starts for a refund of the reservation payment to the original payment method and restoration of the original included credits. Exactly 12 hours counts as on time. Restored credits remain in their original service period; they do not roll into a new month.

For cancellations less than 12 hours before the start, or a no-show, the reservation payment is retained and the original included credits are consumed. There is no additional no-show penalty. Late arrivals still finish at the booked end time.

If Framegolf cancels or cannot provide the booked facility, we refund the affected payment and restore credits. If their original service period has expired, we arrange a fair replacement. Lesson prices and the applicable lesson cancellation terms will be shown before paid lessons become available to book.

The waitlist

Joining the waitlist is free and creates no obligation on either side. It does not reserve a membership or a price. We use your waitlist details as described in our privacy policy.

Using the site

You agree not to misuse the site: no attempts to break, overload, or probe it, no scraping member or purchaser data, and no submitting forms with someone else's identity or contact details. Content on this site, including text, images, and branding, belongs to Framegolf or its licensors, and you may not reuse it commercially without permission.

Site content is provided for general information. Pricing, availability, and club details can change before opening; the founder and pricing pages always show the current offer.

Club rules

Every player must register and accept the applicable waiver and house rules before playing. The booking holder must attend. We may suspend or end a membership for serious or repeated violations of the house rules. Cancelling membership renewal retains access through the paid term.

Planned operating hours after opening are 6am-midnight daily, in Los Angeles local time. Public reservations and lessons may have narrower availability. Parking is directly in front of the facility.

At opening, members will receive enrollment instructions for facial entry and a PIN alternative. Nonmembers and guests will check in using their assigned PIN or enrolled facial access. Every player must complete registration and the required waiver before playing.

Entry credentials are personal and may not be shared. Door access does not replace an authorized reservation, participant registration, or the required waiver. Use the check-in instructions supplied for your visit.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site is provided as-is, and our total liability arising out of the site or these terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including liability for gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.

Changes and contact
