Privacy

Your data, plainly.

This page explains what information Framegolf collects on www.framegolf.com, why we collect it, and how to reach us about it. Effective September 4, 2026. Questions or requests: hello@framegolf.com.

Site analytics

We measure site traffic with an analytics service that we host and operate ourselves. It is not an advertising network, and nothing it collects is sold or shared with advertisers. It records the pages you view, the site that referred you, marketing tags in the page address, your screen size, browser and device type, and an approximate location (country and city) derived from the network request.

To tell visits apart, it stores two first-party cookies with random identifiers: a visitor identifier kept for up to one year, and a session identifier that expires after about thirty minutes of inactivity. These identifiers are random strings. They contain no name, email, or other personal details, and analytics data is never joined to advertising profiles. You can block or clear cookies in your browser at any time and the site keeps working.

Waitlist and membership forms

When you join the waitlist or start a founding membership purchase, we collect the details you enter: your name, email, and phone number. Corporate inquiries include company and contact details, approximate team size, intended use, and any optional notes you provide. We store these in our database to handle your request and contact you about it. We also record the page you first arrived on and the general source of your visit so we know which of our pages bring in members.

Coach applications

When you apply to become a Framegolf coach, we collect the contact details, location, experience, credentials, specialties, availability, profile link, and application answers you provide. We use that information to evaluate your application, contact you about coaching opportunities, and manage the selection and onboarding process. Submitting an application also records your acknowledgment that engagement terms must be agreed in writing before paid bookings and that applying does not guarantee an engagement.

Corporate inquiries

When you submit a corporate inquiry, we collect your company, contact details, approximate team size, intended use, and any preferred playing times or notes you provide. We save the request, notify our team, and send a receipt to your email address so we can discuss membership options with you. An inquiry does not create a membership, collect payment, reserve access, or subscribe you to marketing. Contact hello@framegolf.com to update your request or ask about deletion.

Participants and entry

At opening, members, nonmembers, and accompanying guests will receive check-in instructions for facial entry or a PIN. A PIN alternative is available. Participant registration and any required waiver are separate from payment and door entry; complimentary guests must complete the same required check-in steps before playing.

Participant contact details, registration, and check-in records support the reservation and facility access. They do not by themselves subscribe a guest to marketing. Facial enrollment is for entry verification. Details about facial information processing and the PIN alternative will be provided during access setup, before enrollment. Contact hello@framegolf.com with access or privacy questions.

Payments

Payments run through Stripe on Stripe's hosted checkout page. Your card number goes directly to Stripe and never touches our servers. We keep Stripe's reference for your purchase alongside your reservation, and we attach the random analytics identifiers described above to the checkout record so we can tell which marketing actually leads to memberships.

Email

We send confirmation emails for waitlist signups, corporate inquiries, coach applications, and purchases. Purchase, signup, corporate inquiry, and coach application events also notify our own team internally. We do not send marketing email you did not ask for, and we do not share your address with third parties for their marketing.

What we do not do

We do not sell personal information. We run no advertising trackers and show no ads. The only third parties that handle your data are the service providers that run our infrastructure: payment processing, database hosting, email delivery, web hosting, and facility access.

Retention and your choices

We keep membership records while we operate the club, corporate inquiries while they are needed for follow-up and account setup, coach applications while they are useful for recruiting and onboarding, and analytics data while it is useful for understanding the site. Email hello@framegolf.com to ask what we hold about you or to request deletion, and we will handle it promptly.

Changes

If our practices change, we will update this page and its effective date.
