Text consent
How you sign up for texts.
Framegolf texts people about a booking or tour they gave us their mobile number for, and sends offers only when requested. The 50% off offer has its own email-and-text request; general promotional texts use an optional checkbox, combined with email offers where both are available. This page shows each way in, with the exact words people see. Effective November 5, 2026.
Framegolf Texts at a glance
- Who texts you. Framegolf Texts come from Framegolf, the indoor golf simulator club at 3375B Robertson Pl, Los Angeles, CA 90034. Every text names Framegolf and comes from a member of our team.
- This 50% off offer only. Submitting “Email & text my offer” on framegolf.com/offer requests that offer and at most one reminder by email and text before its fixed 48-hour deadline. It does not request other offers or texts after the deadline.
- General offer texts, only if you tick a general offer text box: the offer or tour you asked for, a reminder before that offer ends, a request to review us on Google after a visit, and occasional club offers, events and league openings.
- Visit texts about your own booking or tour: a booking confirmation, your door code, your tour time, reminders and changes.
- How often. Msg frequency varies. Offer texts are capped at 8 a month.
- Cost. Msg & data rates may apply.
- Stop or get help. Reply STOP to any Framegolf text to opt out, or HELP for help.
- Never required. Agreeing to texts is not a condition of any purchase. Our general promotional text boxes start unticked, and those forms work without them. The 50% off form requests only its offer and reminder through the action shown below.
- Your text consent. We do not share text messaging opt-in data or consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
- The terms. Our SMS Terms, Terms and Privacy Policy.
Offers: the forms on our website
framegolf.com/offer requests the 50% off first booking offer for 3 or 4 players by email and text through its submit button. Three other pages have optional boxes for general offer texts: framegolf.com/free-tour for a free tour and first hour, framegolf.com/free-trial for 5 days free when you join a membership, and framegolf.com/culver-city for club details. On those three pages, the box starts unticked, it is separate from everything else on the form, and the form submits whether or not it is ticked.
framegolf.com/offer
This form asks how many players are coming, then for first and last name, mobile and email. Submitting “Email & text my offer” requests this 50% off offer and one reminder by email and text before its original 48-hour deadline. The disclosure sits beside that button. This request does not sign you up for general promotions or start a new 48-hour window. Clicking an ad or visiting the page does not request messages. Someone who already gave their details on our Facebook or Instagram form goes straight to their voucher instead; this website action does not change what they agreed to on that separate form.
By choosing Email & text my offer, I request Framegolf's 50% off offer and one reminder by email and automated text before its 48-hour deadline. Up to 2 texts; no other promotions. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop or HELP for help. Unsubscribe from emails anytime. See our SMS Terms and Privacy Policy.
framegolf.com/free-tour
This form asks how many players are coming and offers an optional day and time, then asks for first and last name, mobile and email. Under those fields is one optional checkbox for offer texts and offer emails together. It starts unticked. The Member for a Day form at framegolf.com/member-for-a-day uses the same checkbox.
framegolf.com/free-trial
This form asks you to pick a membership, then for your email, first and last name and mobile. Under those fields is the same optional checkbox for offer texts and offer emails together, starting unticked. Then come the membership's renewal terms with their own checkbox and the button that starts the free trial. The renewal box is about the membership only; it is never consent to texts. The mobile field says “Booking texts and door codes go to this number.” Those texts are about the member's own bookings, sent with or without the box; offer texts need the box.
framegolf.com/culver-city
This form asks for your name, phone, email, and what you are interested in. Under those fields is one optional checkbox for offer texts. Under the button the form says how we will reach you.
Offers: our Facebook and Instagram lead forms
We run four instant forms on Facebook and Instagram. Each asks a few short questions, such as how many players are coming, then for your email, full name and phone, which Facebook or Instagram fills in from your profile and you can change. A disclaimer follows with one optional checkbox for offer texts, with the same words as our website box. It starts unticked, and the form submits whether or not it is ticked. This is that step on our 50% off form:
Tick the box only if you want texts from us. It is optional and is not a condition of any purchase. SMS Terms: https://www.framegolf.com/sms-terms. Privacy Policy: https://www.framegolf.com/privacy.
All four forms end with this step. Only the line under “Contact information” differs:
- “Get 50% Off Your 1st Booking”, for 50% off a first bay booking for 3 or 4 players: “We'll use your details to send your Framegolf voucher and booking details.”
- “Tour the Club. Your First Hour Is On Us.”, for a free tour and first hour for you and up to 3 friends: “We'll use your details to send your tour details and booking link.”
- “Holiday Party, But Golf”, for a quote for a private event: “We'll use your details to reply with dates and a quote.”
- “Join a Golf League in Culver City”, for word when league sign-up opens: “We'll use your details to send league details when sign-up opens.”
Tour texts: tour registration
Each Tour Guest registers once through a personal link. The guest who booked gives their name and a mobile phone, signs the Participant Waiver and House Rules by typing their legal name, confirms they are 18 or older, and saves a card on file that covers the group. Under the phone field it says “We text this number only if you say yes below.” Then comes one optional checkbox for texts about the visit. It starts unticked, and registration goes ahead whether or not it is ticked.
A friend the guest brings registers with the waiver alone: they sign the same waiver the same way and confirm they are 18 or older. There is no card step, and their mobile phone is optional. They see the same unticked box, which they can tick only after entering a mobile number. A friend who leaves the phone blank or the box unticked gets no texts. A friend who ticks it agrees to texts about that visit only, never offers. Our automatic tour texts, with the tour time and reminders, go to the guest who booked.
Booking texts: your account's mobile number
Booking a bay needs a Framegolf account with a mobile number. The number field says:
We text your door code and booking reminders to this number.
We text that number only about your own bookings. It never signs you up for offer texts. Your door code is also emailed to you and shown on your booking page.
Sample texts
These are texts we send, with [brackets] where your details go. Every text we send, door codes included, comes from one Framegolf number, and the first one you get from it ends with “P.S. you can reply stop at any time”; later ones leave it out. You can reply STOP to any text we send.
The offer-only submission on framegolf.com/offer requests just these two texts, before its original deadline.
The remaining offer examples apply to general promotional permissions. Visit texts use their separate visit notices.
Later offer texts
If you ticked a general offer text box, we may later send an occasional offer related to what you did with us: a free hour after your 50% off ends or after an event, a membership offer after a tour or a first bay visit, a referral reminder for members, or an offer to come back. They count toward the same 8 texts a month, never ask you to reply, and stop if you reply to one until a person on our team has read it. These are those texts, with [brackets] where your details go. The offer-only submission on framegolf.com/offer does not authorize these later texts.
Stopping, help and rejoining
Reply STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT, REVOKE or OPT OUT to any Framegolf text to stop texts, or reply HELP or INFO for help. A STOP, or a request to stop made any other way, stops all Framegolf texts within 10 business days.
Someone who replied STOP can reply START or UNSTOP to the same number to start texts again. This only restarts texts for a number that opted out; it is not a way to sign up.
What does not sign you up
Giving a phone number on other Framegolf forms, such as a tour request, the waitlist, a Founder Pass purchase, an event or tournament registration, or a private event or corporate inquiry, does not sign you up for offer texts. We text or call that number only about that request. An email-only checkbox never grants permission for offer texts. The combined checkbox on our free tour and free trial forms names both channels. Event registration's optional news and offers box is for email only. Coaches who teach at Framegolf get lesson alerts by text at the number on their profile, and their coach portal says how to turn those texts off.
What we keep
For the 50% off website request, we keep the email-and-text action, exact disclosure, version (group-offer-contact-v2) and time separately from general promotional consent. For every general offer text box ticked, we keep the exact wording's version and when it was ticked: website offers (ad-lead-sms-v1), Facebook and Instagram forms (meta-form-v1), and tour registration (tour-sms-v2). Our SMS Terms explain the texts themselves.
