The little grid between Washington and National, where Culver City's arts district meets the Helms District, sits directly across National Blvd from the club's block at 3375B Robertson Pl. From the nearest corners this is not a drive; it is a five-minute walk.
Getting Here
From McManus to first swing.
That location will change what membership means after opening. Everywhere else on the Westside, golf practice is a trip. In McManus, the planned booking system will make it possible to reserve a bay between a gallery opening and dinner on Washington Blvd.
The route
Take Washington Blvd to National Blvd at Ivy Station, head northeast on National, then turn right on Robertson Pl just before Robertson Blvd. On foot, cross National anywhere along the arts district and you are a few blocks out.
By transit or bike
The E Line Culver City station at Ivy Station is at the neighborhood's corner, and the Palms station is one stop away. This is the one neighborhood where transit is almost beside the point.

Why Indoor
Why McManus golfers go indoors.
- No neighborhood in LA will live closer to Framegolf's planned private simulator bays. The nearest McManus blocks are a five-minute walk from the door.
- The arts district runs on gallery and studio hours; planned member bay access until midnight is designed around those schedules.
- Apartments and small lots leave no room for a net. After opening, the planned launch monitors and auto-tees will be a block away.
- Once regular bay booking opens, members will be able to walk over, practice for an hour, and continue to dinner on Washington without a freeway trip.

Is there a golf simulator in McManus?
Framegolf sits directly across National Blvd from the McManus neighborhood, at 3375B Robertson Pl, Los Angeles, CA 90034 on the Culver City border. From most of the neighborhood it is a five- to ten-minute walk.
Can I walk to Framegolf from the Culver City Arts District?
Yes. The arts district corner of Washington and National is a few blocks from the club. Cross National, head up toward Robertson Pl, and you are at the door in about five minutes.
How late is Framegolf open?
Framegolf is not open for member play yet. Founding member access to soft-launch previews is planned for mid September 2026, by appointment only. After opening, access is planned for 6am-midnight daily. Face or PIN entry will be available at opening.
How do I join Framegolf?
A $750 Founder Pass prepays three months, then $250 per month while continuously active. Your prepaid three months begin when your individual membership is activated after opening and onboarding. Appointment-only previews do not start that period. Sales close after the first 30 passes or by early December 2026, whichever comes first. The founder page shows current availability. Public plans are priced from $197 per month. The grand opening and public booking are planned for early October 2026, with the exact opening date to be confirmed.
Can I book a bay without a membership?
Limited public bookings are planned at $60 per bay per hour including one golfer, with reservations up to 72 hours ahead. Additional-player charges for public and Twilight bookings are still being finalized and will be published before booking opens. The grand opening and public booking are planned for early October 2026, with the exact opening date to be confirmed. The soft launch is for Founder visits by appointment only. Bay booking is not live yet.
