Blair Hills

Indoor golf simulator near Blair Hills.

Blair Hills is Culver City's hidden hillside: a pocket of homes carved from the old Higuera family rancho, tucked between La Cienega, the Baldwin Hills Scenic Overlook, and the Jefferson Blvd frontier, with Stoneview Nature Center as the neighborhood's front porch. It is quiet, green, and a long way from any golf. Framegolf is about nine minutes northwest at 3375 Robertson Pl.

Why Indoor

Why Blair Hills golfers go indoors.

  • Hillside living means views, not practice space. A private bay nine minutes down the hill has the space.
  • The neighborhood borders parkland on three sides and a driving range on none. Rancho Park and Westchester are both a haul.
  • Launch-monitor numbers on every swing turn practice into measurable progress between weekend rounds.
  • Two E Line stops make it one of LA's few golf commutes that works by rail.

Questions

Blair Hills golfers ask.

Is there a golf simulator near Blair Hills?

Framegolf is about nine minutes away at 3375 Robertson Pl, Los Angeles, CA 90034, on Culver City's northeast border, via Jefferson and the National Blvd diagonal. It is a members-only club with founding memberships open now.

Can I take the train to Framegolf from Blair Hills?

Yes. Board the E Line at La Cienega/Jefferson below the hill, ride two stops west to Palms station, and walk about 10 minutes. Most members drive and use the on-site parking.

How is a simulator different from the range?

Every swing gets launch-monitor data: carry, spin, dispersion, face and path numbers. You play 1,000+ real courses, an auto-tee feeds the next ball, and the bay is private. It is practice with a scoreboard instead of guesswork.

What does Framegolf membership cost?

Founding membership is $750 to join with the first three months included, then $250 per month locked for life. Public membership opens in September 2026 from $197 per month, with the waitlist first in line.
