Blair Hills is Culver City's hidden hillside: a pocket of homes carved from the old Higuera family rancho, tucked between La Cienega, the Baldwin Hills Scenic Overlook, and the Jefferson Blvd frontier, with Stoneview Nature Center as the neighborhood's front porch. It is quiet, green, and a long way from any golf. After opening, Framegolf will add an option about nine minutes northwest.
Getting Here
From Blair Hills to first swing.
The route is the same diagonal the whole east side uses. Down to Jefferson, west past the La Cienega E Line station, right on National Blvd, and the diagonal runs almost door to door.
The route
Come down to Jefferson Blvd, head west past the La Cienega/Jefferson E Line station, turn right on National Blvd, and follow the diagonal northwest to Robertson Pl, just before Robertson Blvd.
By transit or bike
The E Line La Cienega/Jefferson station sits at the bottom of the neighborhood; ride two stops to Palms station and walk about 10 minutes to the club.

Can I take the train to Framegolf from Blair Hills?

How is a simulator different from the range?
After opening, planned launch monitors will show carry, spin, dispersion, face, and path data. Planned private bays will also include auto-tees and 1,000+ simulated courses.
What does Framegolf membership cost?
A $750 Founder Pass prepays three months, then $250 per month while continuously active. Your prepaid three months begin when your individual membership is activated after opening and onboarding. Appointment-only previews do not start that period. Sales close after the first 30 passes or by early December 2026, whichever comes first. Public plans are priced from $197 per month. Can I book a bay without a membership?
Limited public bookings are planned at $60 per bay per hour including one golfer, with reservations up to 72 hours ahead. Additional-player charges for public and Twilight bookings are still being finalized and will be published before booking opens. The grand opening and public booking are planned for early October 2026, with the exact opening date to be confirmed. The soft launch is for Founder visits by appointment only. Bay booking is not live yet.
